Steps in activating your broadband internet connection:
- Complete an application form with Ascensa (signup) to get started.
- Pay the $300 New Development Charge, this fee applies to the initial connection at a new address by the carrier. The charge is payable via Ascensa as part of the signup process.
- Ascensa will commence the onboarding process with Lynham Networks upon payments received.
- Ascensa will work with the carrier to provide updates on the fibre installation/activation progress to your premises.
- Upon completion of installation/activation of the fibre to the property, Ascensa will assist customers with connecting their broadband internet service.
