Suspected network disruption with REDTRAIN Networks affecting FTTH exchange due to a brief unplanned power outage occurring at approximately 19:30pm AEST. Services for customers with Huawei ONU’s have been restored. All Ascensa customers installed with Huawei ONU’s have been restored. Customers with Corcess ONU’s are still in the process of registering back to REDTRAIN Networks OLT (Optical Line Terminal), this process can take between 90-120 minutes. REDTRAIN Networks has been notified and is monitoring the service restoration. Please allow time for Corcess ONU’s to reconnect to the network, Ascensa to advise once all services have restored, we apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
