Suspected unplanned outage with REDTRAIN Networks in the surrounding Whittlesea-VIC area, Ascensa is waiting on confirmation and further details of the unplanned service disruption.

REDTRAIN Networks has identified the problem originating from the Telstra headend equipment responsbile for the backhaul services. This has been escalated to Telstra and under investigation.

REDTRAIN Networks has confirmed that Telstra has scheduled a technician to conduct troubleshooting on the headend unit at the Data Centre on Monday – 17/05/21 at 9:00 am AEST. We apologies for the inconvenience and will provide you with an update as updates are provided by our carrier partner.

REDTRAIN Networks has advised that Telstra has identified the problem as has since rectified the issue. All services in the surrounding Whittlesea-VIC area have now been restored, should you continue to experience service difficulties please contact our customer care team.
