ASCENSA is experiencing service disruptions to Springvale Quater estate. All REDTRAIN services to the area is affected. Fault has been identified by REDTRAIN engineers to a faulty Telstra NTU. We apologies for the inconvenience and will advise once services have been restored.

REDTRAIN advises all services to Springvale Quater estate has been restored. Service disruption was due to a non-responding Telstra NTU, the device was reset which has restored all back-haul services.
