An unplanned outage has occurred with REDTRAIN NETWORKS in Pakenham due to a brief power disruption. Customers are advised to allow up to ninety (90) minutes for services to register to the network. Ascensa has notfied REDTRAIN NETWORKS of the service disruption due to the brief power outage. REDTRAIN has advised to allow betwen 45 minutes to an hour for all ONU’s (optical network units) to register with their OLT (optical line terminal) located in the Pakenham FTTH exchange.
