Suspected network disruption with REDTRAIN Networks. Customers with Corcess equipment may experience intermittent service disruptions in the surrounding Pakenham area. REDTRAIN Networks has been notified of the service difficulties and is currently investigating, no details of fault has been confirmed. Ascensa to advise once further details are provided, we apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

REDTRAIN has confirmed that an unexpected error has occurred on part of their network affecting customers using Corcess equipment. Currently there is no details of when the service will be restored. Ascensa will continue to monitor the situation and provide periodic updates as they are provided by the carrier.

REDTRAIN engineers have been dispatched to site to investigate the unexpected error at the Pakenham FTTH exchange. Currently there is no details of when the service will be restored. Ascensa will continue to monitor the situation and provide periodic updates as they are provided by the carrier.

REDTRAIN engineers on site investigating Corcess hardware. Issue appears to be originating from uplink card and troubleshooting is taking place to restore services. Currently there is no details of when the service will be restored. Ascensa will continue to monitor the situation and provide periodic updates as they are provided by the carrier.
